News Review checks what is being said about a current story, one claim at a time, against sources we can open. It is a fact-check that keeps going: early reports on a live event are often wrong, so every entry keeps a dated log of what was known when, and each correction is added, never overwritten. We do not name suspects, speculate about anyone's beliefs or background, or treat an accusation as a finding. A discrepancy between reports is something to resolve, not proof that anything was manufactured.
